TermReceipt

Terms of service

Last updated October 7, 2026. TermReceipt is a transaction-evidence product owned and operated by Aldenworth Consulting LLC. Charges appear from Aldenworth Consulting LLC or TermReceipt.

What TermReceipt is

TermReceipt records what your customer was shown and accepted around a transaction: the offer, price, payment terms, refund and cancellation terms, the customer's email confirmation, acknowledgements and electronic signature, each step time-stamped and sealed. TermReceipt is not a payment processor, a law firm or a chargeback representation service.

No legal advice, no promised outcome

TermReceipt does not provide legal, processor or card-network advice, and does not guarantee the outcome of any dispute, chargeback, refund request or legal proceeding. Decisions by card issuers, processors and courts are theirs alone.

Evidence Check ($97)

A review of one real sale you submit: your offer page, terms and receipt. You receive a scored written report within 24 hours of receiving everything needed. The $97 is credited toward the Dispute Readiness Audit if you buy it. Once review begins, the fee is not refundable except where required by law or where TermReceipt cannot deliver the report.

Dispute Readiness Audit ($497)

The Dispute Readiness Audit is a service engagement for review and written deliverables. Once intake review begins, the audit fee is not refundable except where required by law or where TermReceipt cannot deliver the agreed report. If TermReceipt determines before beginning review that the submitted transaction is outside scope, you may receive a refund or be asked to submit a better-fit transaction.

Evidence Assurance ($2,000 per year)

Evidence Assurance is billed annually unless a different written agreement is signed. Cancellation stops future renewal. It does not remove historical evidence records already created during the active term, subject to the applicable retention and deletion policy.

Payments

Payments are processed by Lumino. TermReceipt never sees or stores your full card number.

Your records

You own the transaction records you create. You are responsible for the accuracy of the terms you present to your customers and for having the right to present them.
