Public ledger
Every TermReceipt record is sealed step by step: each step carries a fingerprint (sha256) of itself and the step before it. Once a day we combine the newest seal of every record that changed into one fingerprint, send it to the free, public OpenTimestamps calendars, which anchor it in the Bitcoin blockchain, and publish it here. No one, including us, can change a day after it is published.
Only fingerprints appear here: no names, emails, amounts or anything else about anyone's purchase.
Check a seal
Paste a seal from a TermReceipt record (64 letters and numbers). We look for the day it was published and recompute that day's fingerprint in your browser.

Check it yourself
- Open a day below and download its .ots proof and its list of seals.
- Recompute the day's fingerprint: sort the seals, then repeatedly hash pairs (sha256 of left + right; an odd last seal pairs with itself) until one remains.
- Verify the proof with the free OpenTimestamps tools (
ots upgrade, thenots verify -d <fingerprint> proof.ots). Proofs show "pending" for a few hours until the Bitcoin block is mined.
